Posts: 10 Group: Rangers Member #24 Joined: Oct 17, 2010	2285 In a facility somewhere in the deserts outside of Las Vegas, the clock ticks by as Dr. Teira sits at a computer terminal in a sterile looking office. The only thing that stands out at his desk is crudely drawn picture of a young girl holding the hand of her father. Just as he checks his watch for what seems like the hundredth time, the door swings opens and Teira’s head shoots up to catch sight of a small girls run through. “Daddy, daddy I’m done for the day can we go play now?” Teira knelt down and with a huge smile on his face he hugged his daughter. A rush of relief washed over him to see her again. He could barley stand to let her leave everyday, and now her sessions were getting longer and longer. Angry with himself for having to let her go Teira stood up but to his surprise there was a man standing in the doorway. “Captian Anderson,” Teira could barley hold back his disgust; “What are you doing her.” “Oh doctor please drop the formality you’ve known me as Marcus for sometime; besides it's Lieutenant Colonel now.” “What do you mean Lt. Colonel?” He asked with disbelief; but Teira knew exactly why. The time had finally come for there show down and Anderson had made the first move. Anderson started towards the desk, but before he took Teira’s seat he picked up the drawing of the doctor and his daughter and chuckled to himself. “I think it would be for the best if you sent little miss Kusanagi off somewhere to entertain herself. You and I have quite a bit to talk about.” Teira had already thought the same and was already sending his daughter off. “Okay, Aoi, honey, daddy has to talk to this man for a while so go back to our quarters and wait for me there. “But you said we could go play now.” “I know honey, but you know how it is with daddies work. I promise as soon as I’m done here I'll come straight home and I'll give you a big hug and a bowl of ice cream.” Teira could see her smile reach ear to ear.” Okay daddy. Love you.” and with a kiss on the cheek she ran of down the facility hallway.
